I work for one of the biggest web and graphic design companies in the United Kingdom, called iphone app development. I am a human resources specialist and my task is to select, interview and choose best candidates to work for the company. This month, we are looking for a new web designer. I placed several advertisements on various web search websites and hundreds of CVs have filled my mail box. Of course, lots of them were sent by people who either do not have enough experience or do not have proper education. There are also applications completely unrelated to this position. But these are hard times so you a variety of people might be interested in our offer. I have chosen seventy out of seven hundred CVs ad I am now going to decrease the number to thirty. I will have no problems interviewing thirty people, this can be done in a week, but seventy would definitely be too much. I look at education and experience first, then the general layout of the document (aesthetics is something important in this job) and I also pay attention to the candidates" interests. We often employ individuals who have a passion and really want to work for Web Design West Midlands.
